Every plan includes everything listed for it. No add-ons, no hourly fees, no markups. The price you see is the price you pay, and every discount we offer is published right here.
STEP 1: START HERE
Conscious Marketing Audit: $1,000
Before we plant anything, we test the soil and draw the plan. We review all of your marketing and deliver, within a week:
- A scorecard rating your brand, website, social media, email, ads, reviews, and competitors from 1 to 10
- Your top 10 recommendations, ranked by impact and effort
- A 90-day roadmap and the plan we’d recommend, with a suggested ad budget
- A recorded video walkthrough and a 30-minute call to go through it
The $1,000 is credited toward your first invoice if you sign within 30 days. If you don’t, the roadmap is yours to keep.

Complete

We come by every month to prune, fix, and add new plants.
- Care: Essentials, $600/mo. Monthly system updates, new skills as they’re released, a monthly group strategy call, a quarterly results review, and email support.
- Care: Complete, $1,000/mo. Everything in Care: Essentials, plus updates to your ads, video, SEO, and funnel skills, and a monthly 30-minute one-on-one call to review your ads and results.
3-month minimum, then month to month. Builds are paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch.
RUN: WE RUN IT FOR YOU

Seeds, tools, and a guide to plant it yourself. Our system, a guided setup, and five short video lessons, for teams with a paid Claude plan.
WHAT YOU PAY DIRECTLY
No markups, ever
Two costs sit outside our prices, and you pay them straight to the source:
- Your Claude plan, about $40 to $50 a month for most teams (two seats on Claude’s Team plan), paid to Anthropic. Busy Run: Complete accounts may need more usage; we’ll tell you before you sign.
- Your ad spend, paid to Meta, Google, or LinkedIn. Every proposal includes a recommended budget.
The system works with free tools you may already use, like Canva and MailerLite. No other new subscriptions.
WHAT WE DON’T DO
We stay focused on marketing
We don’t build websites, run photo or video shoots, do long-form video editing, or handle printing. When you need those, we’ll introduce you to a trusted partner. You answer your own direct messages and reviews, because those are real conversations with your customers, and your system drafts suggested replies to make them quick. On Run, we reply to public comments on your posts and pass anything about bookings, prices, complaints, or personal details to you.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. We set everything up and train your team. If we run it, you only approve the work.
What happens if I leave?
You keep your account, your system, and everything in it.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move up from Essentials to Complete anytime. Build clients pay the difference; Run clients switch from the next month. You can move to Care, or down to Essentials, after your minimum.
Can I start with Build and have you run it later?
Yes. Your Build counts toward it. You switch to Run with a three-month minimum and owe nothing extra to start, and Care simply ends when Run begins.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
On Run, we reply to public comments on the posts we publish. Direct messages and reviews stay with you, with replies drafted by your system. If your team runs it, they handle comments too.
Do you bill by the hour?
Never. Every plan includes everything listed for it.
What if we spend more than $10,000 a month on ads?
We’ll agree a fixed monthly price in writing before you sign. No surprises.
Do you cover more than one brand?
One plan covers one brand and all its locations. A second brand gets its own plan.
