Kit License

Who this license is between

This license is an agreement between Curran Walia, doing business as Conscio Marketing (“Conscio,” “we,” or “us”), and the organization whose business name was entered at checkout (“you” or the “Licensee”).

It covers the Conscious Marketing Kit and everything in it: the Conscio plugin and its skills, the guided setup, the install guide, the video lessons, the Conscio Standard materials, any templates, and any updates we provide (together, the “Kit”).

You accept this license when you check the license box at checkout, or when you download, install, or use any part of the Kit. If you don’t agree, don’t download or use the Kit.

The short version

• One purchase covers one organization: the business named at checkout.
• Use the Kit to market that organization. Don’t share it, resell it, or use it for clients.
• The marketing you create with the Kit is yours.
• The Kit is not refundable after download.
• Sharing the Kit without a license is infringement, and we may take legal action against everyone involved.

What you may do

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Kit to create marketing for your own organization. Your employees, and contractors working on your organization’s own marketing, may use it on your behalf. You may install it in the Claude accounts your organization controls, and keep backup copies for your own use.

The license lasts as long as you follow these terms.

One organization per purchase

Each purchase licenses one organization: the business named at checkout. Each additional organization needs its own purchase. This applies to related businesses, separate brands run as separate companies, and nonprofits connected to your business.

If you are an agency, freelancer, or consultant, you may use the Kit to market your own business. You may not use it to produce work for clients or install it for them. Each client organization must buy its own Kit, or work with us on a Build.

What you may not do

• Share, give, lend, rent, or sell the Kit or any part of it to anyone outside your organization
• Post the Kit, its files, or its contents online, in a public or shared drive, in a course, or in a community or group
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Kit, including as part of your own product, course, template, plugin, or service
• Rebrand the Kit, or use it to build a competing kit, plugin, course, or service
• Remove or change any copyright, license, or ownership notices
• Help anyone else do any of these things

The marketing you create is yours

Everything you create with the Kit, including your posts, emails, articles, graphics, and the brand profile the guided setup builds, belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.

The Kit belongs to Conscio

The Kit is licensed to you, not sold. Conscio owns the Kit and all rights in it, and it is protected by copyright and other laws. Any rights not granted in this license are reserved by Conscio.

Unauthorized sharing and use

Using, copying, or sharing the Kit beyond this license is copyright infringement and a breach of this agreement. If it happens:

• Your license ends immediately, without a refund.
• Conscio may take legal action against you, against anyone who received or used the Kit without a license, and against anyone who shared it with them.
• Conscio may seek damages, a court order stopping the use, and its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, to the extent the law allows.

Anyone using a copy of the Kit without a license has no right to use it and must stop and delete it. Each copy of the Kit may carry the name of the organization it was licensed to, so that shared copies can be traced.

Updates and membership

Your purchase includes the version of the Kit available on the date you buy it. We may offer later updates and new materials through an optional paid membership. Anything you receive through the membership is part of the Kit and covered by this license. If your membership ends, you may keep using what you received while it was active.

Price and refunds

The Kit’s price is the price shown at checkout. The Kit is not refundable after download, because digital files can’t be returned. Full refund terms are in our Terms of Service.

What you need to use the Kit

The Kit runs inside Claude, made by Anthropic, and requires your own paid Claude plan. You are responsible for that plan, its cost, and following Anthropic’s terms and usage policies. Conscio is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. We don’t control Claude, so we can’t guarantee the Kit will work with every future change to it.

Your responsibility for what you publish

The Kit helps you draft honest marketing, and the Conscio Standard is built in to check every draft. AI tools still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, and for making sure your marketing is accurate and follows the laws that apply to your business. The Kit and the Conscio Standard are not legal advice.

Transferring the license

You may not transfer this license without our written consent. If your organization is sold or merged, the license may pass to the new owner of the whole organization, as long as you tell us in writing and no copies stay with you.

When the license ends

This license ends automatically if you break any of its terms. When it ends, you must stop using the Kit and delete every copy. The sections on ownership, unauthorized use, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law continue after the license ends. Content you created while your license was valid stays yours.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Kit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee any specific marketing result. Conscio’s total liability related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. The full disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service also apply.

Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Conscio may also seek a court order anywhere to stop unauthorized use of the Kit.

Everything else

• We may transfer this license and our rights under it, including to a company we own, such as Conscio Marketing LLC.
• If any part of this license can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
• This license, together with our Terms of Service, is the entire agreement between us about the Kit. If they conflict about how the Kit may be used, this license wins.
• We may update this license for future purchases. The version in effect when you bought the Kit applies to your purchase.
